Conflict Management
in Healthcare

The guiding principle for physicians is primum non nocere, which means “first, do no harm.” However, in healthcare settings, conflict is a common problem.

IV

Conflict to
Cooperation

Unproductive conflict is a significant barrier to organizational improvement and an obstacle to positive relationships between people at work and beyond.

books

In my spare time, I write books about how individuals and organizations can improve. In them, I share my insights, strategies, and experiences. I believe that these types of books often inspire change by providing practical tools for self-development, leadership, and innovation. They also help to shape a culture of continuous learning, performance and success in both personal and professional spheres.

Workshops

I love running workshops for organizations because they allow me to have a real impact on people and bring about positive change. I get satisfaction from supporting teams and leaders and building a better work culture. I create interactive experiences that address specific challenges and support development, collaboration, and innovation. I love seeing participants gain confidence and use their new skills to better serve customers and develop products and services. I take pride in creating a space where people can develop their potential and build a positive work environment. Knowing that these activities have lasting effects is the reason I get out of bed every day.

From Conflict to Cooperation

Unproductive conflict is a major obstacle to organizational improvement and a major impediment to positive relationships between individuals and teams at work. The workshop ‘From Conflict to Cooperation’ is an interactive workshop with a high level of participant involvement, an overview of practical examples and the opportunity to ask questions.

II

Creating a coaching culture

While most organizations today like to think of themselves as ‘learning organizations,’ research suggests that most are not as effective at creating opportunities for growth, rapid learning, and strengthening relationships among employees. Imagine if you and your colleagues could skillfully share what you know and how you think, so that everyone is constantly learning from each other.

III

Next-generation organizations and leadership

We are all aware that technology has changed drastically and is still accelerating. In the course of 200,000 years, mankind has progressed from the invention of fire, the lever, the wheel and the printing press to landing on the moon and living with highly advanced technology. We know that this progress will continue at an even faster pace in the future.

Transformational Wine Tasting

Good wine is the product of vision, planning, thoughtful blending and maturation of grapes. The same is true of great organizations, leaders, teams, products and services. Effective planning, leadership, sales and the skillful development of products and people over time are essential ingredients for success.
